"We hired Salvador as a general contractor to renovate our kitchen and remove the living room and kitchen popcorn ceilings installed by the previous owners. Our quote only included the labor. We purchased separately the materials, appliances, cabinets, knobs, tiles, backsplash, countertop and lighting fixtures etc. From the beginning of our interaction with Salvador we liked that he was responsive, flexible with design changes and transparent about his work. Over the course of the project, Salvador presented all the receipts for any additional materials he purchased, he explained how all materials were used, he told us the plan for the next work day, he sent pictures of his daily progress, and he was easy to coordinate deliveries of appliances and cabinetry such that there were no missed appointments! On a few instances when specific aspects of the project came out different than expected, Salvador made the adjustments we wanted even if that meant that he had to re-do a day’s work. "This was a very good experience. They where on time. It was done to the agreed upon price. The owner is Frank Tedeschi. We had a warped junk drawer. Rather then send for new drawer which would have cost us another 250 dollars, Frank repaired the drawer for a nominal fee. This was not part of the deal but he did it anyway. The quality of the work is outstanding. The cabinets look like new if not better. There was minimal inconvenience to us. They removed the cabinets doors and refinished them in their shop and then returned and them and re-installed them."

"Dave figured out the best solution.  He and his worker dug the trenches and covered the pipes with the patches of grass after they installed the pipes, pump, & pop-up drain.  It was a very professional job and works great so far.  I have not seen the yard flooded since he did this work.  He kept in touch with me by phone and email since I was not there the whole time as it is my summer home. 
This is the third time I had Dave back to do work.  I had major damage from Hurricane Sandy and on 4/13/13 he also did work for me.  He worked in my crawl space.  He replaced insulation, cleaned joists with an antimicrobial agent and then painted them with antimold resistant paint, replaced a vapor barrier, installed a sump pump, repaired foundation vents, and filled cracks in my foundation.  All for a resonable price!  Dave is honest, fair and very professional.  He always returns my calls in a timely manner.  I will call on him again for future work.

"Overall, I am happy with the quality and responsiveness of the service I got from Fabio and his team.  Most of the electronic communication (email) was with Fabio's son and from time to time there was a delay in being able to connect.
Fabio and his team removed the existing asphault, adjusted the layout of the driveway, moved the locations of a dry well, added belgium blocks, and rebuild damaged brick piers.  I have a very large driveway (3,000+ square feet) so when I broke the price down per square feet, it was reasonable compared to other estimates.  His team of mason's did very good work - working diligently to work quickly but with good quality.    The team that came in to install the new asphalt driveway was also first rate - i was impressed with there focus on ensuring the right pitch so that the water would flow to the new location of the dry-well.  They even performed a water test before leaving to ensure the water was flowing in the proper direction and made a few adjustments (reheating some areas to adjust the compression of the asphalt) to ensure the water was flowing in the right direction.
Overall, I was happy with the quality of the work and feel the price was fair - not too high and not too low. I would gladly use him again and recommend him to family or friends.
