"It took 2 weeks for Rudy to get to me, we discussed what I wanted done - ivy trimmed on a lattice wall, leak in faucet repaired, sprinkler timer repaired with leaks around pvc fixed, clean up weeds by street, weeds in cracks, etc. I have natives and told him to leave the fallen leaves - he was not happy with the bark mulch but we agreed that he would start work and his price seemed fair. I have no lawn. I have no idea when he first did the work but I think it was 2 weeks later and was never certain when he or his crew would show up. The ivy was trimmed, driveway and parkway weeded and cleaned. Unfortunately much of my mulch was gone as well as some natives which looked dead but weren't. I haven't received a bill, have had to communicate by text and am generally frustrated with the lack of communication. I texted about the leaks but they are not yet fixed. I texted asking for a bill but it still hasn't come. He might be great for mow and blow and general cleanup but if you have anything other than grass, shrubs, trees and general cleanup I don't think you will be happy. <br />"

"Jay was very professional and thorough.  He called and texted and arrived on time, clean, very nice, and cleaned up.  He came by to check the traps regularly, and said we could call him between checks if necessary (it wasn't).  We had a missing screen to our crawl space, and as it was not a regular size, he did quite a bit of investigation and trial and error until he found a screen that fit perfectly (and installed it).  For such a creepy problem, Jay made this a very easy experience, taking care of the problem quickly and efficiently.  I'd hire them back in a minute (although I hope I never need to!) <br />"
