"They were fabulous. We've used them for a lot of stuff. They've built a screened porch and a deck. About 6 months later they came back and painted the house and put in new windows. They put new trim around all the windows on the outside. We took the shutters off and put nice trim around the windows. They had to build the roof on the screened porch too. They do everything really well too. We were stunned at the price. We thought it would be about double what they charged us. They did the whole roof on the inside of the porch with cyprus beams. Part of that is they they installed 2 ceiling fans.  We bought the windows ourselves and they installed them. Our house is small but that porch we put on is humongous. We live out there, we have half of it for eating and half for a work station and seating area. The deck is also large. I have full sized sofa and a lounge chair and another chair. The quality of work, you couldn't have asked for better. They were really easy to work with too. They showed up everyday and worked all day long. They were really good. They picked up all of their stuff, no trash anywhere. I trust them. I would have given them a key to my house."

"It went very well and they completed the installation in the amount of time they said they would.  My only complaint is that they did not leave me with a list of things that I need to follow up on, such as changing the filter on the dehumidifier, which I didn't figure out for a couple of years. <br /> However, what really impresses me most about this company is their follow up.  I have had 3 minor issues since the installation: one was the alarm on the sump pump quit working, some of the tape that held the plastic in place came loose. In both cases, they came out immediately and took care of both issues at no cost and did so promptly.  The third issue was caused by the installation a new furnace in the crawl space, which tore the lining in a few places, so they came out within two days and made the repairs at a very reasonable price.  It seems like most companies just want to sell you something and never see you again.  This is not the case with Engineered Solutions.  They stand behind their guarantee and give great service even years after selling you their product.  I highly recommend them to anyone considering any type of waterproofing. <br />"
