"I'm writing this review for my 84 year-old grandfather. I really do appreciate the service done by this company. Some shingles had blown off the roof of his home during a rainstorm. Otherwise the roof was in pretty good shape. I know that many companies could have taken advantage of my elderly grandfather and recommended an entire roof replacement. But the gentleman that came out was so honest and straightforward. He agreed that a repair was all that was needed. And the price was excellent compared to some of the other ones we had called around to get. I appreciate this companies honesty and professionalism. His roof is as good as new. I would recommend them to anyone I know."

No searching for painter to fix boards and paint, rotted boards and other areas fixed and LOOKS very good to the eye. However, There were several nails left in the yard (I've picked up 9 so far, Son has picked up 4). As a matter of fact, we got a flat with one of your nails stuck in the tire. {Same nails used on roofing, which is why I gave Overall a 4, other than the fact that there's ALWAYS room for improvement} Overall, love what was done!!! He could have charged me for a roof repair but he said my roof needed no repairs, so I trust that when I do need a new roof his company will give me a fair price and will do excellent work. Mr. Cherry, the owner, could have milked me because my insurance company inspected the roof and required that I get a roofer to do repairs, but Mr. Cherry was honest and said none were needed. I will not forget his honesty."

"Met with Chad at my home, he was awesome and very professional! Chad was very detailed about all the steps it would take to replace my roof, I honestly felt at ease with him. I was not pressured in any way to go with their company, He assured me if there were any concerns they would quickly resolved those issues and they did. He was very patient, If I had any questions no matter how many he would answer them. I then met my project manager Brian he was awesome as well! If there were any questions or concerns he would answere them with no problem, if there was any problems he would have them resolved quickly. I loved the fact they are really sincere, after signing the contract some companies tend to ignore you and your concerns not Extreme Exteriors they were very professional and stuck to their word. Thank you guys for that! Extreme Exteriors sent their best team to install the roof [ who were awesome!] for my home and garage and my beautiful roof was done in a day. "Please read until end!!! The technician did a good job until he made a mistake during his inspection which caused an issue in our home.  The fireplace was not sealed off when he de-pressurized the house, which is part of the energy assessment, as a result there were ashes which were blown into my living room.  The tech and I spent about an hour cleaning the mistake, needless to say, I was not very happy.  Even though, I did not make a "stink" about this initially, about 6 months later, I got an email asking for a review which I responded to with this information.  About 5 minutes later, I received a call from Blanket Insulation about the issue. After I told them what had occurred, they insisted  that I have my carpets and couches cleaned thoroughly by a professional and that we send them the bill which they would re-imburse us for!  Blanket Insulation was only concerned about doing the right thing. There were no strings attached.  I am a very busy guy who usually does not have time to write reviews good or bad, but I had to share my experience because I believe it is a rare thing to find a company who would care enough to do this!  Although, we have not spent the money to do the full insulation package, when we decide to pull the trigger on it, we will look no further than Blanket Insulation!
