"it went very well. Very professional and courteous. Called before coming and called when another problem was found and checked with me before repairing. Came in on budget and on time. Would recommend to anyone."

"Very satisfied by Andre's work. I was in trouble one Friday afternoon when my front door wouldn't close/lock properly. Andre came over that afternoon and fixed it. He came back a few days later for some additional projects. Built a new crawlspace door from scratch and repaired my attic access door that was splintering. Work was A++ This guy is a customer-oriented craftsman. Highly skilled and reliable."

"Queen City and associated sub-contractors fabricated and installed our marble kitchen counter tops. I obtained bids / quotes from three separate companies and Queen City was in the middle. Their pricing per sq foot on par with what I expected. I selected QC because their customer service throughout the bidding process was very good, the pricing was reasonable and they were very willing to work with a DIYer. Throughout the process I worked the Teri, Noel, Rafael, Donny and several installers; everyone that I dealt with was extremely courteous and professional. They were responsive to questions, phone calls and texts and easy to work with. The only negatives on the project were that the fabrication and installation process went a little slower than we expected and the stone pattern around one seam didn't turn out quite like we expected (visually); it's not bad, just a little less than we expected. With that said, we still love our new counter tops and I wouldn't hesitate to do business with QC again."

"Jim and his associate made two visits to my property. The first included fixing a garbage disposal, turning on the water in the barn and providing an estimate to run new water lines to install a washing machine in the garage apartment. This job included tying in the installed lines into my septic system. We found Jim to be an honest man, evidenced by his candor demonstrated after conducting a simple reset and clear of the garbage disposal. Since we just moved into the property, we are busy and did not know/research/diagnose the history of that disposal, and a man without integrity may have taken advantage of this opportunity to make a quick buck. This is not the case with Gentile Plumbing. He knows the value of providing fair, high quality service to his customers. We concluded from this episode that he clearly is focused on building long term, mutually beneficial relationships, and that his business will continue to thrive and grow. He understands that making a quick buck usually leads to losing customers when they inevitably discover that they were overcharged for unnecessary services. We appreciated this approach. The second visit was to conduct the more complex and extensive retrofit for the washing machine. Jim and his associate were on time, professional, courteous and respectful. They completed the work in a timely and non-invasive manner (we had family visiting, and it did not throw off Gentile Plumbing in their focused manner in executing the job). Jim also had to make a few adjustments as they proceeded with the job, but at no point did he try to re-cut the deal. I would highly recommend Gentile Plumbing for anyone who needs plumbing services, as I am sure that they will receive professional work done at a reasonable price. Well done!

"This company was referred to me by another contractor. This was my 1st time using them. I called and set up an appt. easily. My plumber " Paul", called 30 mins before he arrived. He showed up on time and completed work in a timely fashion. He checked my shower and issues in all bathrooms and in the crawlspace. I appreciated him taking pics of all the problems and pics p repairs done. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything that needed to be done before work was done and then wrote up an estimate. I am in an older home and explained the type of pipes I had in other areas would need to be replaced eventually and is to send me a quote for this to be done later. No mess left behind. I am very pleased with this service and just texted my sister to call them for commode replacement. Thank you so much, Paul, for your professionalism, honesty, and kindness. I will use in the future."

"They did a couple of things. One was moving a bathtub drain. I was not all that pleased with it. The other thing was a couple of sinks. I guess I had installed the main part of the sink, and they were to go up underneath there and put in the U trap and all that stuff. I was kind of not all that pleased either. Now, on the second part, some of that stuff that had not been found out about until later. What I had noticed when he was putting in the stuff underneath, he had to take loose the p trap, and it goes into the wall. Well, he had used a tool to cut out part of the wall where it goes back in there, so he can get his pipe wrench to go around the nut and what that did was it left a wider hole. I didn't notice that until just a few months ago, really. A neighbor was downstairs which is where the half bath is. I had some folks there. They had the crawl space open, and I had the little cabinet door open underneath there and I saw the light. I said, where is that light coming from? Like I said, he put the tool and widened the hole and failed to cover it back up with something. With the original tool of the p trap devices that was on there, there's a silver cover over the hole that covers. He wanted to use his stuff. He widened the hole a little bit and he didn't cover it back up, he left a hole there. Therefore insects and whatever can get through it. I didn't go behind there and check. I had purchased a big deal; part of it was that. Then, I paid an additional sum also, which I thought was too high, but I let it go. I actually started to complain about it later because I was pretty upset about the choices. I only had one or two plumbers, but nobody's ever had a problem cleaning a slow drain. he claimed he was afraid to use a larger tool because it may do some damage. Nobody else said anything close to that. I said, I called a couple of plumbers before and it was like a two-second job, they just take that tool put a little pressure down there and it was done. So, he's trying to do it basically like I would do it by taking a plunger, taking the contraptions off and plunging it. Nobody has ever tried that before. After he had left, I did some work on it myself and I got it working better than he had. Overall, I wouldn't give him no more than a "C". On responsiveness, I mean when I called them; they came within a reasonable time. I would kind of be hesitant to use them again."

"They did an ok job. FYI, Granite is measured in linear feet, which I did not know. Be aware that all they do is granite! They disconnect your plumbing and you have to pay $250 for their plumber or find your own to reconnect your plumbing the next day. My molding was attached to my old counter top and came off with it along with some paint and they do not reapply new molding, patch, paint, repair etc so you will need a handyman/carpenter after they are done! Just be informed, ask questions before you pay. $1499 angies list deal plus $600 more bc my kitchen counters were 45 linear ft plus $225 plumber fee and more money for handyman fees to paint and reattach molding, haven't had it done yet... Look for a deal that offers 45ft and includes plumbing..."
