On Friday, Aug. 1st,I noticed that my garbage disposal was leaking when I turned the water on.  I called Ed and he said he was going on vacation and one of his associates would be able to get to me on Monday.  I was disappointed because I was having guests over on Sat. and it was going to be difficult to prepare things with a leaking sink.

To my great surprise and relief, I rec'd a call from Ed Sat. morning asking me if I'd like him to come out and I, of course, said yes.  He was at my house 1/2 hour later and installed a garbage disposal that we purchased at Home Depot. The installation got a little more involved because the pipe was badly corroded and also needed to be replaced.

I greatly appreciated the fact that he squeezed in my job before departing for his vacation.

We've used him in the past for other jobs at our house and at my mother-in-law's house and I would highly recommend him.

"Their corporate slogan is "Plumbers to the rescue". That held true for me. Initially I called a larger company (their colors are orange and blue). They told me that the entire water pipe needs to be replaced. I did not even inquire about the cost of that. Plumb Medics provided me a second opinion. Their employee Sean did the initial inspection and assured me that this was not needed. This put me greatly at ease. The next day the owner called me and recommended Patriot Leak Detection for pinpointing the location of the leak in order to minimize the extent of the excavation which I did. After Patriot's performed the markout, Plumb Medic returned with a crew of 4. It was hard digging. The pipe was located over 5 feet below the surface. The first two feet were as hard as concrete. However, nobody complained. These guys were totally focused on completing their mission and they did it. I need to add that Patriot accurately identified the leak location. Overall, my impression is that Plumb Medics fixed this severe problem in the most efficient and economical way possible. I am super glad that I chose them."

"I was in constant contact with them,by phone, before  the installation. I was nervous about what I had chosen and was invited to take my time and go to the showroom to see it on a larger scale. Measuring day and day of installation the crew were prompt, very clean, very professional. Everything was covered during installation and they happily answered any questions I had.  There was a very small problem with one of the countertops fitting correctly. "We could not be happier with the Puronics Hydronex iGen Whole home treatment system and Micromax 7000 drinking water system provided by Orbit Water Solutions. Justin, the marketing rep who sold us the system, was very professional and accommodating. Justin took about an hour to demonstrate a series of tests which reflected to quality of our water which had more chlorine and hardness than we expected. If you have concerns for lead, Orbit standard demonstration does test for it so you will need to have a separate test done. After some negotiation, we were able to settle on a deal which got us the system and financing for the next 10 years. Orbit provides annual maintenance services on the machine and there is a lifetime warranty on parts which really assured us we were making an investment to improve our water. The best part about it is that the system travels with you. For a small fee, Orbit will pack the system up and ship it to your next home if you move which was a big selling point for us. Orbit also threw in a subscription to PureSelects soap for the next 10 years which was a nice add-on. PureSelects provides every kind of soap or cleaning product you could ask for so it will be nice not to have to purchase additional soap products in the near future. Within a couple days, the installation team came out to install the system. They arrived on time but the installation took a little bit longer than expected. Turns out our the installed garbage disposal was too large to fit with the RO unit tank under the sink. Orbit was very accommodating though. Orbit purchased a new garbage disposal and installed it free of charge which I bet many companies would not have done. I highly recommend getting the larger of the under sink tanks for the RO unit. Even with the two gallon tank, my family has used up all the water in the tank. A 1 gallon tank would just not have been enough. The water in our house has been incredible since we installed the system a few months ago. We noticed an immediate impact to our skin and hair after using it and our drinking water certainly tastes better. Best of all, we feel confident in the quality of the water we use throughout the house to keep us safe and our appliances in good condition. We highly recommend the investment in the water treatment systems through Orbit."

They got the job done in about 5 hours. They left for a little bit to get all the tools they needed and brought back an assistant with him. When I purchased the new garbage disposal, he installed it and I asked him if he could look at my side by side refrigerator freezer and the one I had in the basement with a top freezer and I was having a problem with them leaking water because the lines were freezing up. He looked at them before he left and said he could fix them but had another appointment after mine. He came back the next day and fixed both my refrigerator/freezers. No problems with them now. Very reasonable."

"OUTSTANDING SERVICE!! WC FALLOWS solved a tricky problem for us, FAST. Our main septic pipe seal degraded over the years, and we started getting ground water streaming into our basement, every time it rained heavily. Bill and his team were super responsive, and knew exactly how to remedy the problem. Bill is clearly an expert in this field, and even had to cut through our deck to access the pipe. I am happy to report it rained like crazy last night, and our basement is DRY! Not only are Bill/team highly skilled, but they provided 1st class service; took muddy shoes off before coming inside the house, meticulously and carefully replaced our deck planks to minimize damage, hosed surfaces down after work was completed, etc. etc. They are fantastic and Bill's sense of humor is an added bonus!
