"Chad and his crew were absolutely amazing. From the first sales call, until the last nail of completion, I knew we could count on him. He had been referred, and we immediately felt comfortable with Chad, as he patiently explained the value in a significant undertaking - this roof will be there another 200 years, the quality is just that good! The work was on-time, professional, and the crew did a great job of cleaning up when they are done. We plan to use Metal Roofs Direct for other roofs when the time comes!"

"Frey replaced our gutters and we are very pleased with the result. Their consultation was excellent, no hard sell, just a complete and accurate assessment of our options. The gutters look great, and work perfectly. Even though it was not the result of Frey's installation, they fixed some shingles that the previous roofing company had left inproperly attached. (We wish we had used Frey for our roofing!) Five stars."

"Amazing! He said they could do our project in 3 weeks, and 2 1/2 weeks later, he called and said we are expecting rain the next week, and they could get our roof done that weekend, so they delivered the shingles on Saturday, and tore off the old roof on Sunday and replace it that same day. We weren't even home. When we got home, you couldn't even tell that anyone had been there, except that we had our new roof. Mr. Diaz was extremely professional!"

"I was very pleased with the entire process. Dan Kelly came out promptly and gave me the quote. I did look at several other contractors but felt at ease with Dan. My roof was replaced yesterday and the gutter toppers go on today. The entire process was stress free. I am very pleased with my new roof. Thank you Dan and crew. I have given your contact info. to a couple of people already!"

"Highly recommend! Came out within 24 hours to do an emergency patch and replaced the whole roof within a day, only a few days from scheduling! He even met with our adjuster and showed him everything that was damaged. Roof looks great and they did an excellent job of cleaning up!"

"This project was my first as a homeowner. Complete roof/ siding and gutters. A project this size is quite overwhelming from a price standpoint. Kyle was a pleasure to deal with and put me at ease from start to finish. From selecting materials for project/ timing from start to finish/ crews impeccable workmanship, everything was perfect. Kyle’s knowledge of the industry is unmatched. I would highly recommend this company. Thanks for the outstanding work Kyle.. Craig"

"I had them look at our roof as I was unsure about if it needed replacement. He was so honest and it turned out we only needed some flashing work. We'll for sure use them when the roof needs replacement!"

"Israel was amazing to work with during the entire process of replacing the roof. He was very professional and his crew completed the roof replacement in approximately 1-1/2 days to include clean-up of debris in the yard. We are so happy with the quality of service and work that we have contracted them to replace the siding on house in the next 2 weeks."

We were extremely pleased with RMZ's work. Ziggy and an employee, Ralph, took many before-and-after photographs in the attic spaces of the units they worked on. They gave clear explanations of the work that needed to be done, and their findings agreed with what we had been told by the building inspector. They were able to accommodate our residents' schedules for their initial inspection/estimate as well as the actual repairs, and communicated well by phone and email. They were very pleasant to work with throughout the process, and even fixed a minor problem without charge (they made a separate trip to diagnose and fix the problem, and did not complete any other work in that unit). The photographs helped us see the initial problems (e.g., insulation covering vents, visible condensation) and the steps that Ziggy and Ralph took to correct them (adding baffle rafter vent chutes, clearing existing soffit vents, etc.). We will absolutely work with RMZ in the future for any roofing needs, and would highly recommend them to anyone who needs roofing done.

"Excellent experience from beginning to end. Mike Swita provided a same day quote after measuring our roof and had a crew at our house several weeks later. The crew was clean, professional and finished in a timely manner. I will use Swita metal roofing again in the future."
