"Very friendly guy. Washed house, front sidewalk, inside gutters/ spouts, replaced cap boards on porch railings, stained deck. This was my first house wash in 18 years, so it was VERY dirty, with mud wasp nests, insect residue, and mold. Mike did an overall good job on these items, and the results were very impressive with great improvement, though not perfect. I think doing this on a more regular basis (say every year or so) will make a difference, and I plan to call on him again. He showed up pretty much as scheduled, in spite of a very rainy springtime that must have been a great challenge to his schedule. He doesn't always answer the phone right when you call, but will return your call within a day pretty reliably."

"Have you ever been happy to write out a check for things done around the house? First time for everything they say! Scott and his crew were great! Professional yet down to earth, the kind of person that treats you like a friend. His work is meticulous, there isn't a drop of stain on the ground or in the shrubs. He even cleaned off my grill cover while they power washed! He and his crew did an excellent job on our deck, made it look like new again. There was no rush to get it done either, the time was taken to do it correctly. Would highly recommend him to anyone looking to have their deck done. He also does painting! I am sitting here trying to figure out if we need anything painted because I know that any job he would do, would have the same level of expertise that he showcased in refurbishing our deck. "Karlin and his crew replaced our aging wood deck last summer with composite decking, and we couldn't be happier. We gave it a year before writing a review and I can say it's held up "so far so good"! None of the planks have warped, color is still like new, it cleans easily, and it looks amazing! Karlin was very easy to work with, helped with suggestions on things to add/remove to work within our budget, and when he was on site and saw my husband clearing leaves from our gutters offered to install "gutter guards" (for a very reasonable fee) the next day! I would highly recommend using Lehman Exteriors for replacing your deck!"
