On the first visit, he took the time to evaluate the situation and present a solution to my wiring request which was to add additional lighting to the outside of the garage. Shawn was able to run wiring in a nearly inaccessible wall, checking to make sure the lights will all sit level and not leaving until we both walked the inside and outside of the garage to make sure every light and outlet was in working order. "From the start of the project of the response, time of less than 15 minutes of receiving a phone call, The tech, Steve Unger, was here within a few hours and was able to get my AC unit temporarily running to get me through the week until we could schedule a replacement. Steve was amazing.! then I was greeted with a visit with Manny who sold me on the value of HL Bowman partnering unit with Home Depot made by Honeywell. It was much more cost-effective and seems to be doing a tremendous job at cooling my very tough A-frame situation at my condo. Chris and Jake were the install personnel that worked very efficiently and had the unit up and running within five hours. They also were very personable and took tremendous care of my needs.
