"I had a federal pacific panel replaced. The technician and work were professional. However, I explained to the technician that I lost power in a large section of wall. After the job was complete, I found I still didn’t have power in the wall. Now I’m being told it is a separate job and cost. An explanation before having the work done about it being a separate problem and needing additional work would have been very helpful. All I’m told now is they can come out for a service call which is $212 plus whatever the issue is. This was a miscommunication error on Mr. Electrics side. I informed the tech about the problem and there was no testing on the wall afterwards. Very disappointed."

"Duane was amazing! He did an exceptional job installing my new electrical panel and even came out again to replace a defective breaker. On top of that Duane offered to come out that night to fix this issue when the weather was extremely cold and in the teens! l am already hiring Duane again to install a floor for me due to his exceptional job of putting my panel back up including cutting out all moulding and panelling.
