He responded quickly and was able to come the next day to provide us options and obtain measurements of the window in order to provide an appropriate quote for each option. The quote came back within a day or two and was reasonable. As soon as the ordered window came in, he brought it by to replace it. The whole replacement took him only one afternoon and he even went to the local hardware store with some paint chips to match the exterior paint and then painted the new window frame and trim around it to match. Dale offers great service in a friendly, trust-worthy manner."
