"Line is inside exterior block wall of the house so Billy suggested we remove the cabinets inside and jack hammer out the adobe wall from there to expose the pipes. He also was concerned there was moisture or mildew under the cabinets and contacted a restoration company to come out and do a free inspection. I thought that was very conscientious of him and forward thinking. He left awaiting the results from the restoration company, which turned out negative (Whew !). I asked Cal plumbing to send him back by so we could finalize the plan for repair. We settled on taking out the exterior wall since adobe walls are quite thick and it was clear that the pipes were closer to the exterior wall. Once the wall was removed Billy quickly and efficiently removed the old piping, the galvanized had a 3" long hole where it had rotted through the bottom. Billy had us run several tests to ensure no leaks and solid connections. Since Cal's does not do the block repair, I found an adobe contractor who came out later that day and repaired the wall. The drain has been running great ever since. The price was very fair for the difficulty of the job."

"I spent half a day trying to get a handyman to respond to my requests for help. The only company to respond was My Hand Helper. I received a cheerful return call from their administrator that afternoon and made arrangement to have someone come out the next morning. To my surprise, Matt Seals, one of their handymen, showed up the next morning and wanted to know what needed to be done. He gave us a very reasonable quote and immediately dove into the problem list ranging from plumbing and AC Compressor insulation to patching holes in walls left from wall hangings. The work was done with great dispatch and a highly professional manner in less than 6 hours. My wife and I were as pleased as punch. Thanks to this young man and the organization behind him we feel confident our house is ready for the buyer to take possession at closing."

"Great experience.  Oscar came out and gave us a bid.  When decided to go with him based on his description of the process for this project.

He got on the job quickly, works steady and is very knowledgeble.  Has all the tools needed; but particularly he has items which he has made himself to make doing this particular job easier for one person.  His experience shows and his attention to quality also.
He estimated two days, came in a little ahead of that.

Made a big difference in the look of the house.
