"Mark contacted me to meet. His guy got on the roof, found the rotted wood and under lament that was turning to dust. Explained how they put 15 year paper down under 50 year tiles. Roof was built in 2002 (17 years old). Gave me 3 options and the best for me was to redo the under lament of the entire roof so I don't have to worry about this again. He put a temporary patch over the current leak until he could schedule me (about a month out). Called when they were ready and got it done quick. Super Happy!"

"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."

"This is the second time we have had this company to our home to do a small roof repair, and once again, they did an excellent job. Where the roof was leaking - they removed about an 8x10 foot area of concrete tiles, put down new paper and sealed thoroughly along the edge of the roof overhang (where it was leaking). They replaced all the tiles, as well as some others that were broken. Also did a thorough inspection and sealed around vent pipes etc. They took pictures with my husband's camera before, during and after so we have a record of what parts of the roof have already been worked on. We had a half inch of rain two days after they finished, and another two plus inches the last week in June and no leaks anywhere. Completely satisfied and would hire again."

Right-Way did a fantastic job to correct all of the mistakes, make it structurally sound and was able to do all of the work including stucco and electrical in addition to the framing. It looks fantastic. They squared up the framing, reset the windows, repaired the roof, did some brick work and finished it with stucco. I am very pleased with the job. They did it all at a very fair price."
