"Joseph Schei of Advanced Flooring Design gave us a very fair price for the installation of oak hardwood flooring in our home. He also installed vinyl plank flooring in our kitchen and bathroom. All floors were done at the same time and it took him approximately 12 days which included removal of old floors, moving of all furniture and appliances, and installation of new floors. Joseph is very knowledgeable and professional and we were very thankful for all the great advice he gave us along the way. This was a big job, and he made it happen! We love our new floors and we know we will love having them for many, many years to come. Thank you, Joseph, for all of your hard work, integrity, and all around great character! We have enjoyed working with you and getting to know you. We can't recommend you enough! A+ and 5 Stars from us!"

"My experience was unique in that Connor ended up doing the entire project by himself after his crew deserted him. He is a dedicated trustworthy professional that strives to do an exceptional job and often went the extra distance. The original job was to take 2 days but to no fault of his it took 5. Like all contractors after they leave you tend to find minor mistakes that require attention. He is a pleasant individual, always on time and works very hard. If there was a downside it was that I wasn't compensated for all the assistance I provided. Would hire him again"

"Disregard my scoring on anything aside from customer service. I created this project to install carpet, & Empire was VERY responsive. They called me with 60 seconds. I was just looking for a rough max price to install over the phone. The very nice girl on the phone informed me they do not do rough general price indicators over the phone. Carpeting is generally something which can be quoted per square foot, but she told me she couldn't help me...... shrug;. In order to even figure out what my investment company can offer on a potential real estate investment property, i need to know ahead of time, the cost of renovations so i know how much to offer on the house. If i know the square footage, any contractor worth their salt should be able to give me a kinda high rough price idea OVER THE PHONE. This co. does not have any flexibility in their policies that my investment company can even begin to work with. Sad"

Thru out the project always communicated with a text or a call many times. Greg is a very detailed, determined, dependable and a hard working person.
