"I had old leaking water valves at my washing machine in my newly bought house. They were welded onto old copper piping and i couldn't remove them myself. Called QC Plumbing and they sent Tore out the next day. He reviewed what he needed to do and gave me a price up front. He then cut out a section of drywall and cut out the copper piping and valves. He replaced them, checked for leaks and hooked up my washing machine hoses too. Good work as far as I can tell... didn't have another cost estimate to compare to, but it ended up being about what I expected it would be."

He was promo in emailing me and talking to me about my repair, which was tremendously helpful since he was the second company I had attempted to use after the first failed to make the repair. I sent him pictures and he gave an initial estimate of $250. The pipe where the leak was a polybutylene pipe, which I was worried would cause an issue, but he said it wasn't a problem. I scheduled him to come out on Saturday, but he called on Friday and said he was in the area and wanted to take a look. I was already home from work for lunch, and so he stopped by. He brought another tech with him, and were able to get the work done then. The entire service took only 20 minutes! Even better, the cost was a third less than he had estimated. After the fact, I had to pass on his insurance and license information to my Condo Owners Association, and he sent me the info within 24 hours. They did an excellent job.

"Sam came out and was not pushy at all. He could have tried to sell me a granite backsplash or tried to get me to upgrade to a better quality granite. He did none of this. He told me where there might be possible problems which had to do with the way the old counters were installed, and was up front and honest about everything and the cost was exactly as quoted. They came out and were very nice, professional, and replaced them quickly. They look beautiful so no complaints at all."
