A follow-up visit cost another $899, at which point they claimed the issue was at the county connection?work they are not licensed to perform. The county inspected the site three times and confirmed it was not their responsibility. A second contractor told us the truth: the job was not completed. When confronted, this company said they fixed ?the leak they could see? and did not think licensing limitations would be an issue. A supervisor later defended this by asking how they could anticipate what they couldn?t see. That is not an explanation?it is an admission. No refund. No solution. No accountability. This company appears to do just enough work to justify billing, then treats the remaining problem as expensive ?separate issues.? Learn from our mistake and hire literally anyone else."
