"Old sump had fried without our knowledge and basement acquired water. Had NO clue on how to replace/reinstall the replacement pump we purchased or hook it up, so we called Dependable. Set up appt for that day, they called back within 2 hours to confirm that their tech Jeremy was on his way. Professional, prompt response, courteous, and took the time to explain the sump system and preventative measures we should take in the future. "Terrible. I paid 3 times to have them out here. Was told I need a permit.. another $200... but they couldn't even fix it . Told by another business did not need drain field repaired... the drain field was dry. Waste of almost $1000 total. NEVER EVER AGAIN."

"Biggest scam I e ever experience. The charged me 40k after interest to fix my sagging foundation, and fix my flooding crawl space. After an impressive sales pitch I signed the contract and had them do the ?work?. dusing the sales pitch they told me they would level my floors, and install equipment to prevent my crawl space from flooding every year. They explained this will be a multiple day project and I would have to rip up my floor to give the access to the foundation. So I ripped up my floor, and had them come in to do the work. They were in and out in about 4 hours, and left me with still sagging floors. after Getting in the crawl space myself I discovered that multiple of the jacks that they installed to lift the foundation, weren?t even touching the joists. And to this day, my crawl space still floods with a foot of water every spring. I contacted Ayer?s to see what can be done, they offered no compensation, and no help. If you?re planning to hire Ayer?s, dont"
