"What a pleasant, easy experience! I worked with Damon, who spent this week finishing up a bunch of projects in my rental property. He was very straight with me about what I could do on my own to save myself a few $$, and went above and beyond pointing out things that I would want to consider looking into in the future (i.e. - he discovered that my furnace starter is out - I might not have noticed until next winter!). The projects he completed for me were: -Replace bathroom floor -Install Pedestal Sink -Replace broken floorboard -Install kitchen countertop -Cut hole/Install Kitchen Sink -Install Dishwasher -Repair Holes from Previous Electrician -Repair Drywall from Kitchen Cabinet Renovation (the backsplash plaster was broken down to the lath) -Sand stair treads/risers to prepare for stain/paint He also helped troubleshoot a broken shower handle, as well as a couple of broken stair treads (He helped figure out the supplies that I need to fix them myself). Overall, I am EXTREMELY pleased. I'll definitely be requesting him again should I need any help in the future!!"

They removed the floor and installed the correct subfloor prior to installing all new porcelain tile. My tile job is beautiful. "I purchased the Angie's List Big Deal for $99.00 which was for only the walls of the room.  I decided to have the all of the other areas i.e. trim, doors, ceiling painted also and purchased the additional service from Protect and Preserve to be performed when the walls were painted.
Mr. Sperback and his team arrived at 8:00 am just as he said they would do.  He and his team were very courteous and professional.  Mr. Sperback confirmed the work that would be performed prior to beginning the job.
I am very happy with the result.  He and his team are very detail oriented.  Rather than taping around the door knob, they removed and reinstalled it after the door was painted.  The room was completely finished within about 4 hours.  They cleaned up everything prior to leaving so one would ever know anyone had been here to paint that day unless aware that I had it done then.
I am very pleased with the work Mr. Sperback and his team performed and am working with him to have other painting performed this summer.
I'd like to add that I had to reschedule the painting a couple of times.  Mr. Sperback was always understanding and willing to reschedule to another time.  I would highly recommend Paint and Preserve Painting to any one thinking of having any painting performed.

He was very good at explaining things, and getting the tile installed perfectly. They were very pleasant and respectful of my home.
