They worked all day, not even taking a lunch break The walk in tub required the removal and replacement of door frame and part of door cripplers to make it wide enough for the new tub. They did a lot of the field fabrication in my garage and they left the garage cleaner than it was when they arrived. The project cost a little over $26,000, and of course I also had another contractor install a tankless water heater so we could use the walk in tub, I have another less complicated bathroom to remodel and I will be asking Top Tier to provide a quote."

I truly appreciate the attention to detail provided by Casey and his crew. Casey was great about noticing things that we would have never considered. While remodeling our laundry he noticed that the pipes to the washer and dryer required repair. He made sure that we were aware of those types of issues and even replaced them. My husband was most impressed with the fact that Casey and his crew noticed a need for an external electrical outlet when remodeling our kitchen and one day we came home to find the outlet in place and ready to be used. We have one remodel project left in our house -the dreaded bathroom. We will be using Harris Renovations to complete the final project, knowing that we are in good hands. Once the house is finally complete we plan on using Harris Renovations to remodel the office of our family business."

When I called to have them install a gas line (about 10 feet), they were going to get back to me with a quote and timeline. That was a month ago - nothing. I called and had another firm complete the work in 3 hours. Disappointed that they never called back."
