He suggested replacing the old fixtures in the bathroom and updating the plumbing system within the wall. He also redid my closet where the water was leaking down to and patched up the entrance. My bathroom was also retiled in some areas, recaulked to make it water-tight, and repainted to give it a fresh look. The cleanup of dust, scraping of paint and caulk off from tiles, etc. after completion could have been more thorough, but overall I'm happy with the work that was done and would recommend Corri to anyone looking for a home renovation. It's particularly helpful that the company offers a range of services."

"Steve called me within 15 minutes of me placing my request to Angie's list - amazingly quick. He had KP out on a Sunday (even though I didn't need it) within a couple hours. KP tried to repair the bathtub valves on an old bathtub, but they continued to leak by. He replaced the kitchen faucet and sprayer (had it on hand in the truck). Couldn't diagnose the radiator. Steve called me back quickly when I sensed that I was unhappy about the price and explained that KP tried to fix the bathtub valves, but being old couldn't. He did charge for the time and gave me a slight break. We scheduled another appointment and Steve went out of his way to accommodate my schedule - excellent. This time he sent Steve L who turned out to be a real pro. He fixed the valves and helped with my radiator. Service was performed very well. I will call Atomic Rooter again, but will request Steve L. "I was very nervous working in the dark for I never had to hire a plumber before and I didnâ t know who I was calling or how reputable they were, or if I was going to get ripped off, but Guy was the gentleman that contacted me and when I explained I could not locate a state water heater he searched around and called me back and found what is probably the only one in the entirety of Wetchester County! That was earlier on Wednesday afternoon and he told me he would contact me later on to arrange for installation. He also arranged for the rebate and whatever â red tapeâ involved with the warranty replacement and Wednesday evening he was here in my home installing the water heater! His work was excellent! "They came exactly when they said they would, and communicated the night before, as well as that day to make sure the time was still good. They explained the project in detail. In my case, my pipes were in very bad shape and needed replacement. They showed me why, even taking pictures and videos, and discussed how to they would try doing the least replacement first. When that didn't work, they still found a way to do a proper permanent repair, but still keep the costs as minimal as possible. Considering how bad a condition my situation was, I consider myself exceptionally lucky to have them. Any good plumber can work with a "normal" job. When you have a particularly challenging situation like mine, you need someone you can trust and count on. They were just that. They cleaned up and put everything back.
