"As I did the first time I used Bob Lindsay's company, I waited six months to write my review. After withstanding nearly 13" of water from Henri and Ida, I cannot recommend this company enough. We used Bob at my first house and decided to use him again when our final walkthrough of our house revealed a wet carpet in the finished basement. Bob's guys replaced the shallow existing window wells with much deeper, galvanized ones, backfilled them with stone and piped them into a perimeter channel drain that was then flashed and cemented to the basement floor height. The sump pump pit was installed and a battery backup system was provided and wired in. The outside grading around the window wells was also redone to slope any surface water away from the foundation. Due to our Radon mitigation system, a polyurethane caulk was also used to seal the system. We remained absolutely bone-dry these last few weeks despite rain falling at 2-3" per hour in some cases. The work is efficient, his guys are extremely friendly and skilled, and despite the messiness of the job, they do a fabulous job cleaning up. There is a certain peace of mind that having this type of work done provides, and you cannot put a price tag on it, especially if you plan on finishing (or refinishing) a basement. At the end of the job, Bob was even kind enough to have one of his guys tie in a 2" piece of PVC from the floor with a cap (which I then drilled a hole in) so I can run my dehumidifier constantly without ever having to empty the bucket. We have since refinished our basement to our liking and know for certain that this was the best home investment we could have possibly made. A friend of ours has also done her entire basement with Weather-Tite and had an equally wonderful experience. Thanks Bob for saving us not once, but twice."

"Great results from waterproofing. Turned my spring flooding anxiety to calm. As humidity rose in summer, I put in a small dehumidifier. Made basement noisy as it struggled to dry and produced a lot of heat. As temperatures rose to about 83 down there and the humidity rose to over 68%, I had same people put in a whole basement commercial-grade dehumidifier. The small unit dropped the humidity to around 50% in less than an hour. Incredible performance and have me peace of mind and peace and quiet downstairs. Temperature dropped gas as well. Weel worth the price to save my most expensive investment."

"+Tim was the only pro who contacted me and made an appointment to inspection the house foundation and driveway adjacent to the foundation where the leaking was occurring. He looked at the pitch of the yard behind the house and from the driveway to the house. After a thorough inspection outside the house, he and his son Jake went into the basement to see where the water leaking was most prevalent. Following these two inspections he made verbal recommendations to correct the problems . He followed this up with written proposal for the work, along with a cost estimate. After receiving this, I sent him a detailed email with questions about the proposal, which he promptly answered, to my satisfaction and I agreed to have him do the work. On the agreed start date, he was on time with his excavator and crew of 2 to start the project. Weather was a factor and I was amazed how quickly they did the foundation repair, built a temporary wooden step with small deck into the back door of the house and laid the underground conduit for the electric power to the garage. There have been several heavy rain falls since this project was completed and the water leak is gone. The driveway project is scheduled for Spring 2020 when the weather will be more conducive to replacing the driveway.
