"My old shower was a tired, leaky mess. The weak water pressure made showering a frustrating experience. I wanted a modern shower that was both functional and luxurious, but I wasn't sure where to begin. David greeted me and patiently listened to my needs. He understood my desire for a powerful showerhead, and easy-to-clean surfaces. The design suggestions were perfect. He recommended a rainfall showerhead for a spa-like experience, beautiful tile with built-in shelves for storage, and a sleek glass door to create a more open feel. He helped me pick out gorgeous fixtures that matched the overall design. The installation process with Gallery was first-rate. The installers were courteous and professional. They explained everything they were doing and ensured the new shower system was functioning before leaving. The powerful water pressure is amazing, and the beautiful design makes showering a truly enjoyable experience. Thank you, Gallery Kitchens & Baths, for giving my shower the power and style upgrade it desperately needed!"

"Above and Beyond Contracting and Bud Moore did truly excellent work. We had to completely redo our entire master bathroom. Bud took the time to walk us through what needed to be done; provided us a fair quote for the work; and then did excellent and beautiful work on the bathroom. We also had him build and install a bench in the bay window of our kitchen which came out perfectly. Bud is great to work. He also is patient answering all our questions and will respond day or night."

"I first hired Westbrook to remodel a bathroom for me in summer of 2019. It was a gut reno, the room was back to the studs. Dave's team was incredible, the work is absolutely beautiful. The team was easy to work with and cleaned up the site at the end of the day much better than previous contractors I worked with. Dave had great suggestions for how to make what I wanted to do work. When there were a few difficulties with the pieces I ordered, Dave worked with the bathroom supply company to resolve them. This year in October, we had a water leak in our front hall. I texted Dave in a panic at 6:30 in the morning and he walks me through what to do and had the plumber he works with in my house by 9am. (Don't text your contractor at 6:30, it's not nice, but Dave is an absolute hero). The remediation crew (NOT Westbrook) my insurance company sent to deal with removal of the water damaged material was not good. They knocked things down without asking questions. They damaged my marble floor and they destroyed a plaster arch that was original to my 1920s house. It's one thing to bring a contractor in to make an ugly part of your house pretty, but it's heartbreaking to bring in a crew to try to restore your destroyed home. Dave somehow managed to put everything to rights. There was fine carpentry work (a built in bench/radiator cover/storage piece that had been destroyed), plaster work (restoring the arch, fixing cracks in the plaster caused by water damage), and for the few things he didn't do, he knew someone (like a marble refinisher to restore the floors the remediation crew damaged). I also want to say that it's incredibly hard having someone work in your home during the pandemic but Gustavo was excellent. He followed COVID safety protocols completely. My hall looks even better than it did before the damage (and it had been newly done when the damage occurred). I honestly can't thank Westbrook enough for making this incredibly difficult process as painless as possible. I would absolutely use them again and recommend them unreservedly."

"Perfectly. Very professional, cleaned up well and finished the job in a timely manner. Attentive to small details. Excellent job."

"Anton was easy to work with. Sent email on a Sunday. He called in five minutes and came that afternoon to look at the job. Replaced baseboard in four bedrooms and repaired a hole in the ceiling. All work was completed in two days starting that Monday. The carpenter that did the baseboards (I think his name is John) was great, neat and did a wonderful job. I will definately call Anton again. "It went extremely well. Very professional!"

"We recently had a complete kitchen renovation and main floor remodel done at my parents' home, and I can’t express how pleased we are with the results. From the very start, William and Miguel made the entire process a dream. William was simply exceptional to work with. He went above and beyond to make sure we were happy every step of the way. Not only was he incredibly helpful, professional, and available at all times, but he also took the time to accompany us to the store to help select the best products, tiling, and appliances—all while keeping us within budget. His advice was spot-on, and his eye for detail was invaluable. Throughout the project, he provided regular updates and checked in frequently to ensure we were comfortable with the progress. One of the biggest challenges was navigating the different perspectives of not only my parents but also myself and my three sisters, all of whom were involved in the decision-making. William handled it all with patience, diplomacy, and a calming presence, making sure everyone was heard and at ease. His guidance was steady and reassuring as he led us through the process with a professionalism that truly impressed us. William has clearly put in the effort to build a top-notch team. He surrounds himself with respectful, hardworking individuals who value trust, honesty, and family as much as he does. It's clear that he genuinely cares about creating bonds with his clients and helping them transform their homes—and their lives. Miguel, the man behind the magic, went above and beyond at every turn. His craftsmanship is excellent—truly top-notch. He was kind, dedicated, and worked tirelessly to get things just right. He arrived early, stayed late, and even came on Saturdays. Despite the language barrier, he used Google Translate skillfully to ensure we were always on the same page. Throughout the project, he kept us informed and even handled extra fixes at no additional cost. It was clear he took great pride in his work, and his attention to detail showed in every aspect of the renovation. By the end, we genuinely felt like we had made new friends in William and Miguel. They did a fantastic job bringing our 1930s house—never before renovated—into a modern and beautiful state. They tackled everything from a complete kitchen demo down to the framing: new insulation, ceilings, floors, walls, appliances, cabinets, a partial wall removal to make room for a gorgeous kitchen island with pendant lighting, and the meticulous restoration of the original hardwood floors. They even went above and beyond after the project was finished, coming back to help us set up exterior security cameras. Their recommendations were spot-on, and they always had an eye for aesthetics while staying within our budget. We couldn't be happier with the transformation they've achieved, and I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone considering a home renovation. Thank you, William and Miguel, for your hard work, kindness, and professionalism. You made what could have been a stressful project a truly enjoyable experience."

"They did a good job. They were professional and they were able to get the work done. We were happy with the renovation of my bathroom. The workers damage my hallway floor, however, they were able to fixed it. I would recommend them to others."

"Words cannot describe how well these guys did and everything they worked with us on. We had several small jobs and deck work. They painted our high vaulted walls and ceilings. They fixed our shower plumbing and added an acces panel for the shower. They installed a new ceiling fan. They re-faced our rotted deck and replaced several joists. Replaced both sets of stairs and set them in concrete. Amazing woodworking, professionalism, punctual, truly good people that you can actually trust. All work was done in a very timely fashion. We will definitely hire again for various projects around the house."

"Impressive shower installation! The team displayed excellent craftsmanship, attention to detail, and efficiency. The end result exceeded expectations, and I'm thoroughly satisfied with the service. Five stars!"
