My home is older and needed significant surface repairs to the plaster on walls and ceilings. The Loayes team did an excellent job from start to finish -- making an in-person visit to provide a quote, providing a competitive price, and doing the good work. All throughout, the team was very responsive to my questions and keeping me updated on the progress. The work included high quality repairs and taping of plaster cracks and nail holes, spot-priming, then wall, ceiling, and trim painting with colors of my choosing, as well as painting of heating radiators. "I contacted Rent Painters to paint the interior and exterior of my townhouse. I set an appointment with Chris to look at the project. He arrived promptly and we walked through the house. A few days later he provided me an estimate for labor and material. The estimate was fair and I contracted the work. The crew came as agreed and they completed the work in just a few days. The quality of work was excellent. My house looks fully refreshed. I could not be happier with the end product. I will call them again for my next paint project and I highly recommend them!"

engaged in the manual arts was to describe him or her as a craftsman.  It?s a title Jud Wheeler richly
deserves.  This was not a massive undertaking; it was just a hundred-dollar repair that didn?t take very
long.  Even so, Jud exercised skill, precision and attention to detail in a masterful manner.
   His work was so meticulous I wanted to hire his company for a much larger job, and Jud
promised an estimate via e-mail. But the estimate never came, despite e-mails from me, voice mails left
on his company phone and voice mails on his personal cell phone.  It became obvious that Jud was uninterested
in the job and could have simply said so in a return e-mail.  Because he didn?t, I nicked him on responsiveness.  But nothing can

He called back fortuitously on the last warm weekend of fall 2016. We had negotiated initial price, but turned out we wanted more work than original spec. Turned out we got everything we wanted and they had excellent recommendation to paint gutter and fix rotted out wood on porch and window sills. It was paint and repair throughout and they did a thorough job. They got custom color that we wanted, repaired porch, scraped old paint from sills and replaced rotted wood framing for side door to garage. They did excellent job in scraping and painting our patio french doors which had water damage - made them look new. Neighbors remarked what a good job they did...it made the house look like new.
