"We renovated our previously finished basement level after a flash flood damage. This included a family room and a guest bedroom. Edwin and his team did a wonderful job completing the 4-week project that involved removal of old flooring and placement of new luxury vinyl panels, drywall repair, installation of new ceiling lighting, demolition and rebuild of the fireplace mantel, replacement of doors, and repainting of walls and ceilings. Edwin was great keeping us in the loop and communicating with us, including any changes to the work schedule and mid-job proposals for work additional to the initial estimate due to unforeseen issues arising from original construction of the home. They were also very responsive to our questions or requests. We are very happy with how everything turned out and will plan to use their services again for future renovation projects."

After day 1 we didn't like one of the colors we had chosen after seeing it on the walls. We talked with George about it and he was very accommodating, and just wanted to make sure we would be happy with the final results. "I contacted Rent Painters to paint the interior and exterior of my townhouse. I set an appointment with Chris to look at the project. He arrived promptly and we walked through the house. A few days later he provided me an estimate for labor and material. The estimate was fair and I contracted the work. The crew came as agreed and they completed the work in just a few days. deserves.  This was not a massive undertaking; it was just a hundred-dollar repair that didn?t take very
long.  Even so, Jud exercised skill, precision and attention to detail in a masterful manner.
   His work was so meticulous I wanted to hire his company for a much larger job, and Jud
promised an estimate via e-mail. But the estimate never came, despite e-mails from me, voice mails left
on his company phone and voice mails on his personal cell phone.  It became obvious that Jud was uninterested
in the job and could have simply said so in a return e-mail.  Because he didn?t, I nicked him on responsiveness.  But nothing can
detract from the top-notch quality of Jud?s work, if he agrees to perform it.

"From the estimator to Sam, the scheduler to the crew of painters, everyone was very polite and professional. I was able to get the original job scheduled within a few days. Loved their work, called to have them do some additional work and was able to have it scheduled the next day. The price included all the paint, primer etc. They arrived promptly and were like an army of painters carefully laying and taping drop cloths to protect the floors etc. Most of the work was completed the first day but a few painters returned the next day to finish up the cabinets. The quality of their work is top notch. Everything is perfectly done, no crooked lines, drops of paint etc. They completely cleaned up the work areas. "I picked Alex due to his positive reviews on Angie's list and I wasn't disappointed.  Alex is a true professional and produces a quality product.  Tearing down a damaged ceiling and replacing, with drywall patching and painting could be a messy experience, but Alex went out of his way to insure the disruption was minimal.  He is so easy to work with and cares very much about quality.  He's one of the best contractors we've worked with  - a true delight.    In many of his emails  he adds the phrase "we can help" and that is absolutely true
