They went right to work, diagnosed the problem, explained what was needed and replaced the thermostat. When asked if anything else was needed, I asked them to wire the smoke detector and check the GFI which also needed replacing. Both Steve and Dave were very pleasant, honest and efficient. Among other things, he re-located an unsightly transformer that had been previously secured to the inside of the first shelf of a main kitchen cabinet to a lower cabinet out of sight. Voila! Then, he re-routed unsightly wiring previously clamped to the far corner of a glass display cabinet so that it was out of sight. These were difficult puzzles to solve, as the new cabinets had already been installed and there was no longer easy access. Kevin was friendly, professional, and experienced! Great job!"
