The technician came on time, researched and identified the problem to be a unit controlling the defrosting of the tubes bringing cold air from the compressor. The repairs would have cost over $500. Nationwide Appliance services came out and performed an inspection and found out the problem was a start relay. The job took 15 minutes and now my GE refrigerator is working perfectly. The repairman Mike was on time, explained everything well and cleaned up after himself. I was very pleased that I only had to pay $123.76 because they give a 30% labor discount for Angie's List members. I will be using them again."
