"I am very pleased and even amazed at the transformation of my back yard. First, I must compliment Jesse, the landscape architect who designed my project. I had very specific "wants and needs" which he incorporated perfectly. The renderings and plans were excellent. The job supervisor, Leo, was very impressive. Even though he was overseeing quite a few other jobs, he never forgot any details or tweeks I wanted in my project. He was always very responsive. It took approximately 3 months to complete my project. I'm sure it would have taken other companies much longer as I saw happening when my neighbors had landscape work done at their homes. Many days there were 5-7 men on my job; they showed up promptly at 7 AM and worked very hard all day. They would also clean up the site at the end of each day. They were very experienced, as evidenced by the great work they did. I am a very particular person, so I closely watched the work being done. Santiago was often on-site and always checked the plans to be sure the job was being built as specified, He also expertly did much of the work himself. My backyard went from having very little useable or functional space to a place where I can easily entertain 50 or more people. When the job was done they did the final TLC, as Leo calls it, and they even washed my lower story windows and patio doors that were bordering the construction site. Final compliments to Jessica the office admin person and Richard the owner of the company. Unfortunately the photos were taken on a cloudy day and don't do the project justice."

"I called them at around 11pm at night. And the dispatcher was responsive and told me that she will have the person on call contact me to discuss my drainage issue. After about 10 min, I got my phone call. I described the problem and the guy was nice enough to let me know that yes, he could come out that night, but if I'm not going to use the water for now, it would save me $100 to just to wait till morning to have them come service it. It was a good idea. So he left a note for his company to schedule someone to come out first thing in the morning. I got a phone call promptly at around 7am. They sent a guy, Manny, to me within an hour of the call. But we couldn't find the main drain (I had just moved into the new house and had no idea where anything was), so Manny said they would have to drain from the roof vent--but he couldn't do it, so he called the company to send someone else. They sent me George, who was great! He walked around the house, also couldn't find the main drain, then went on the roof, but couldn't use any of the vents because they were too small, and eventually decided to take out one of the toilets to do the drain. We did that, and then tested out the water for all three bathrooms--one of them was still stuck. So George does another look around, and then we discover that the main drain was at the back wall of the house, behind a storage unit! George then does another drain from there, and we repeat the process of roto-ing and testing. It took a total of over 2 hours from beginning to finish, and George kept a great attitude the whole time. He did his work diligently and made sure to wipe and clean away any mess that was created. He didn't charge me for all that extra time, nor for carrying his heavy machine up the steps at the back of the house. I love this company. They do honest, good quality work, and their staff are all very nice and responsive, and I always felt like I was taken care of. And while I don't have any comparison, it seems that the price was very reasonable."

"Randy is a true professional and knows his craft inside and out.  Our new driveway is just beautiful and based on all the work done to prepare the driveway (depth of dirt and gravel, compression, rebar placement) I know we got a top-notch product.     We are beyond happy with the experience of working with Randy.  It was a three-day project but he came out a day early to do some prep work to ensure the next step (digging up the old asphalt driveway) would go smoothly.  He was the first to arrive and the last to leave each day.  His work ethic cannot be faulted and was very respectful of us and our property.   Randy kept us informed every step of the way and if there were any changes or delays he communicated them to us.   His estimate was MUCH less than the two other estimates we got and he was much more professional than the other two project managers. The estimate he gave us was exactly what we paid.   We would definitely hire him again and have already recommended him to friends.  "

"They came out for a $99 roof inspection but it hardly covered anything, they just came out looked at it and gave their evaluation and recommended repairs and gave us an estimate for those. It was okay but I just thought we would get more for what we paid for. Wasn't really a deal. The $99 was really just a we'll come out and look at it, didn't cover any repairs or anything. I just thought it would cover more."

"SES builders remodeled my kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms at my house. The work took appx 3 months from the initial meeting that we had with Gil all the way to the last inspection that he did. During the work, Gil worked hand by hand with us explaining and recommend us about the things and materials that were the best fit for us. More than that he also went with us to some of his vendors and helped us selecting and buying the finished materials. We are very happy with the overall work that he did and with the extra work that he did for us during the work. We already recommended him to few of our friends that saw the work and asked us about our experience with him."
