"I was very happy with the service from William at Garafano Electric. I left a voice message and he returned the call within a day to set an appointment and to understand the specifics of what I needed to insure that he brought the correct parts. He let me know up front that there was a minimum one-hour charge for the visit. On the day of the appointment, William arrived precisely at the agreed time. The light switch repair was a small job that only took about 15 minutes and I'm very happy with the quality of the job and the new switch. William asked if I had other electrical tasks needed doing so that I could get the full benefit of the hour. The only item I could think of was that the bulbs in the living room fixture needed to be replaced, but it's a cathedral ceiling and too high for me to reach. I did not have the correct bulbs on hand, so William drove to Home Depot, purchased the bulbs and then installed them for me, all within the one-hour charge. This was well beyond what I expected a service provider to do and I was very pleased with the customer service. I would certainly hire Garafano Electric again."

"I called 5 different electricians from Angie"s List for quotes. Johnson Electric gave the cheapest quote. I called on Thursday afternoon and they were able to due to job Friday morning. I was contacted Friday morning to let me know that Oscar would be at my house between 11-12. Oscar showed at a little after 11. He was polite and did a good job. He answered all of my questions as I watched him do the work. He took extra care to be as clean as possible. He replaced 5 kitchen CFL lights with LED lights. After finishing that he went on to install a new electrical outlet in a hallway. Once again, he took care to be as clean as possible and answer all of my questions as he proceeded. The whole job took about 3 hours. I will definitely being hiring Johnson Electric again when I need electrical work done around the house."

"Excellent! Haik and his crew had the unfortunate task of correcting an illegal job done by another electrician. Haik and his crew immediately came to work on our condo. They were courteous, punctual, and very professional. The work was inspected, as required by law, with no citations. As a last minute request, they also upgraded 3 of our outlets and replaced a light switch without changing the amount to our original contract. Their quote was competitive and I felt good working with an honest company. What Haik said they would do was promptly, efficiently, and correctly accomplished. "I just got off the phone with Steve, who quickly responded to my request for an electrician I made on Wednesday, day before Thanksgiving. He requested we talk on the phone and he could possibly assist with a quick fix. Everything he asked me to check and do, I already had done on the night I lost power. However, I went to the circuit breaker, telling him I was planning to shut down everything and power every switch back up again, hoping I missed something. As I did, I felt one switch was slightly wiggly, as he suggested I possibly would find. I purposely pull that switch off, then on. As he correctly predicted and suggested, all power restored. He stayed on the phone as I checked every wall outlet affected, finding each working. His knowledge, experience and honesty on a quick fix was priceless. He was quick to help with nothing attached or an agenda for a review, I suggested it. Thank you for your help and patience, having to listen to my story on how I blew up my walls. "
