"Mr. Ferrell came to my home and picked up my dinosaur of a computer...a 2005 Dell Desktop.  For all intents and purposes, it was barely running.  If I was lucky, I was able to check my gmail and sometimes send a response.  Mr. Ferrell picked up my computer on his DAY OFF (Friday) and returned it to me on LABOR DAY.  He said that my computer had over 7,000 viruses on it. "The entire experience was great.  There is no such thing as perfect, but when there was a problem AAA handled everything very well.  The first thing they did was came out and removed all the insulation and junk left in the crawl space by they previous owners of the house.  Then they spent several days trenching around the base of the foundation so they could install the drainage pipe.  After the pipe was installed they covered it with gravel that they had to move from the edge of our property because a dump truck couldn't get closer and then get it under the house.  All of the water runs to a sump pump at the corner of the house.  After that was completed they installed a new vapor barrier, sealed off the crawl space completely and installed a dehumidifier in the crawl space instead of putting in new insulation.
I purchased the dehumidifier separately from dehumidifierexperts.com whom I would also recommend.
All in all I am very pleased with the folks at AAA and would recommend them to anyone.
