In reality, the schedule slipped repeatedly, crews were inconsistent, and the jobsite often felt disorganized. Communication was a major issue. There were stretches of weeks where my calls/texts weren?t returned, and when I did get an update it was usually vague with no clear plan for next steps. Costs also increased beyond the original estimate while progress lagged. On the quality/finish side, I was left with multiple unresolved issues, and the cabinets were never installed. In the end, I had to hire others to finish and correct parts of the work, which added cost and stress. Eitan came for scoping the work and the quote. He was extremely good at explaining our options and how the process of renovating will work, explaining each part in detail. His quote was also very competitive. Eitan helped us shop around for the finished materials so that we have everything ready before it was needed. Eitan and his team were very professional and responsive in their work. They always showed up on time and cleaned up before leaving for the day. We added couple of other jobs such as replacing kitchen floor, and fixing the leak in kitchen pipeline. Everything went very well and we are very happy with the results.
