"There were 2 teams that came to the door, one for the deck and the other for the paver project, I explained the details and even showed them a somewhat blueprint of my dream deck and these guys were on point! ... The pavers were finished quick and my old deck was demolished, the wood was in pretty bad shape. The guys built it and refinished it with the waterproof stain I had chosen. I was amazed at their hard work. Maybe once or twice they ran late by coming in 15/20 min  late,  but they did a great job overall.

"Jeanette cld. to confirm appt. which was appreciated, and Danny was prompt.  Both of these two ESI employees are above par with courtesy and manners.  Danny is knowledgeable and patient about explaining any problems.  The only issue that was not good was that Danny, who'd come out to inspect our raised foundations, had no crawl suit nor safety glasses/gloves to do the job properly.  It is impossible to lean down or partially enter the back crawl space with a flashlight and see the area that we are concerned about, as a long solid concrete wall/footing is in the way.  It must be crawled.  We loaned Danny one of our clean crawl suits that were used in our work.  This was the only unprofessional slip-up that Danny made, as he surely should have the proper tools to do the job...(crawlsuit, safety glasses) before he arrives to inspect any raised foundation.  His explanations were great, he is patient and kind, and the bid is reasonable.

"Build A Dream did a great transformation of my driveway removing old asphalt and installing pavers. Started Monday and by Wednesday we had a new great looking driveway. Workers were friendly and from start to finish rarely saw any of them standing around doing nothing. When driveway was completed they left everything nice clean. I have had many compliments about how great the place looks and a couple times people driving passed slowed down to take a better look at the driveway. Many thanks from start to finish."

"I signed up with these guys about two months ago, we started out with a free estimate and then I signed up with them to have my drawings done and they handled all the city stuff. The work has started as of this month (October) and so far I am happy with the job, Lesly and Deena have been coming at least twice a week to check on the job, and she gives me updates on what's going on since I am new with all the construction language. The guys are very hard working (considering the fact that they work all day in the sun). They are respectful of my house and always ask me question as well. My foundation has been done and my framing is up as well. I'm happy with progression so far and I can't wait to see end results.
