Even offered financing if needed. Then Ryan (Install Manager) stops by the day before the install to checkout site and make sure he's got everything covered. Then Shakil and Odin (installers) show up at 9am prompt for a full AC replacement installation (Condenser, Coil, Furnace). Shakil and Odin were true professionals (thorough, experienced, personable and efficient). They did a great job. Installation with no issues. "My home warranty contracted out the job to Phase II. Robert came to troubleshoot a 30+ year old AC unit and was very honest about everything he found faulty. He was instrumental in convincing the warranty company to replace the entire condenser unit rather than continue putting band-aid fixes to this ancient unit. Few weeks after he replaced the unit that cools the upstairs, the other unit that cools the downstairs fails as well (also over 30 years old). Since he was already familiar with everything, the second unit was replaced as soon as weather permitted. I didn't even have to be home the second time since the work was outside anyway. The promptness of his repairs can not be overstated. He helped get us back up and running as soon as the parts were available on the next clear day, which we couldn't be more appreciative since we have both a toddler and infant at home. Also, this was during a heatwave when most of the week was 90+. On top of this, my son's 1st birthday party was coming up and we needed the AC back asap. We can't recommend Rob and Phase II enough, a true professional"

"this was a generac generator.  An electrical panel had to be installed in my basement also.  It went well, and they were did all they said they would do.   
There are costs to generators that buyers may not be aware.   There is a yearly maintenance cost of 267.00.  My generator stopped working this winter.   It goes off every Friday as a test and there is a light on it that should glow green.  It did not go off and the light was red.  The company came and started it right away.   However, they said that one way I could make sure this would not happen is to purchase a winterizer kit.  Since it was three days before we had a blizzard, I decided to get it installed for $481.00.  I would think that generic would be able to make generators that would not need these kits?
I gave the company all A's because they did do a good job, and were great at everything.
