"JM did a fantastic job. About 13 years ago, while living at our previous residence: JM remodeled and modernized our full Kitchen, two full bathrooms and, after many tries by other contractors, he was able to stop a leak from our roof at no charge. About 10 years ago, at our current residence , JM remodeled and modernized our full kitchen and did a unique job of updating 4 large sliding closet doors. He removed the cheap inserts, and replaced them with 1/4” high quality plywood into the frames. He then, using wood molding, he made the face of the doors look like real wood doors. Doors were stained and look like expensive oak doors! JM comes up with excellent suggestions, alternatives, and expense saving ideas. "HORRIBLE/HORRIBLE/HORRIBLE - DO NOT RECOMMEND I GIVE -5 (NEGATIVE) STAR I bought a house which had oil heat and no water heater and central AC. I received few quotes from multiple HVAC contractors and one of them was SoS Services, Springfield, NJ. SoS wasnt the cheapest but the owner, Rob, seemed very promising so I gave the work to him. My biggest mistake in 2024. We got under contract at the end of October and I have been asking him to put the permits for the work since then, it is Dec 19th today and him or his company has not put in permit paper work to upgrade my home electric, installing new duct work, adding new HVAC and Water heater, installing gas lines inside the house for kitchen, laundry, water heater and HVAC. Gas company is waiting for the inspections report for air test on gas lines which are still not installed before they can put the meter. It is Dec 19th today and weather has been very cold this year in Dec. Work still not completed"
