They were installed carefully. He came at the time we agreed upon, and the price was very fair. I had tried one company that wanted more than I thought was fair. The plumber and electrician that Dave used were also top-notch. My fuse box was upgraded to circuit breakers and, as a side job, my bathroom sink was replaced with one I could actually use. The work was completed quickly as promised with the only delay being caused by the wait for delivery of my stove and microwave. "Mark was great from start to finish. He came in and gave us an estimate. But beyond that, as first home buyers, he was extremely patient in explaining several things to us besides suggesting improvements to reduce our monthly costs (like changing the light spots for led lights, changing the thermostat to Nest - and he didn’t charge for getting that changed to us). Moreover, he was truly committed to delivering a quality work - for example, we bought an eggshell paint to the living room but in the hallway upstairs, the shine was highlighting the imperfections of the wall. He called us and asked for a gallon of matte paint and he painted it again, with a much better result. In the end there was a slight “delay”, however, we told him we would be moving in a certain weekend and he came in and finished all in time. He was recommended by our realtor (she has used his services and frequently recommends him for her clients - so he really had good reference prior to us hiring him). In relation to the costs, he didn’t charge a penny more than what we agreed for the services (material included). If needed in the future, I’d definitely hire him again."
