"Norberto and his crew are very professional and knowledgeable about their work. They removed a huge damaged tree for us, to the point of allowing the 6 ft trunk remaining to hopefully revive and regrow in the spring. Well done, and very challenging work. They also installed an intricate and elaborate drainage for a new lawn to replace an existing drainage system put in by another contract which only resulted in a dead lawn that had been overcome with an even worse water problem. Mount Olive turned a muddy mess into a perfectly draining area! We are happy to recommend them for your landscape needs and are very pleased with their work. They are good listeners and clearly strive for happy customers."

"If you looked up 'customer service' in the dictionary, you would see Hellman's picture. He double and triple checked our irrigation system to make sure water was not leaking after fixing one valve and taking a rock out of another valve. Plus, he checked all the sprinkler heads and made adjustments as needed to make sure they were directed to the right areas! That is going the extra mile and I sincerely appreciate it. And all this happened a day earlier than originally scheduled thanks to Jeff! Thank you!"

"Outstanding from Design to Completion! We couldn’t be happier with the work Roy and his team did on our front garden. Roy designed a landscape that perfectly complements our mid-century home, and the result is absolutely beautiful and exceeded our expectations! We’ve had people walking by stop, smile, and admire the landscape. Our neighbors have described it as “zen,” and several have told us they actually walk by our house because the new garden brings them joy. That says it all! From the initial design through completion, the entire experience was outstanding. The crew was reliable, punctual, professional, and incredibly easy to work with. We highly recommend Roy and his team and are already planning to hire them for our backyard. If you’re looking for someone who truly understands how to make landscaping complement your home, we couldn’t recommend Roy more highly!"

"Carlos just completed a total patio renovation project, and it is gorgeous. His design creativity paired with keen attention to detail and perfection in construction made for a finished patio that matched my vision and exceeded expectations in quality. He is a master at his craft."

"Andrew did and excellent electrical installation. He was on time, personable and very knowledgeable. The office staff person, Teresa, communicated regularly with us and kept us informed of our scheduling options. We are very satisfied with Exact Electric and plan to use them again whenever we need electrical services."

"Al and his crew were on the job as promised and performed high quality work. If I have a question about the projects I just call Al and he responds to answer all my questions and/or comes by and investigate any concerns. I have already recommended his company to a neighbor."

"Excellent, the pruning was very professional and exactly what we requested. He arrived on time and cleaned all the debris before he left."

"They replaced the pipes, including in the wall, tho they didn't replace the drywall they cut out, and which they told me they wouldn't. Not their forte."

"I am very satisfied with the job that was done. The estimate was the best of the five different companies I called. From the moment I called to make an appointment to the installation everything went smooth. I scheduled an estimate at the time when the company was changing the management. I was notified of that before the appointment. John, salesperson was very courteous, on time, explained everything about the project in great detail. The installation crew with Fernando was very professional , easy to work with. Initial, they brought the wrong time color of stone. I told them about the mistake, they apologized and brought the right kind right away. I know we all make mistakes, but how we resolve the problem - that what matters to me the most. The crew handled the issue very professionally. The work was done in the timely manner. When the crew left the stones were washed and wet. Because of that i didn't see very small defect on one of the stones, but later it started bothering me. My husband was not very concerned, but I decided to contact John and see if the stone can be replaced so it looks perfect to me. Next day Fernando was by my house and fixed everything in the matter of minutes! Now it's the driveway is perfect. Love it! I was also reminded by John that I have 10 years warranty in case anything else needs to be corrected. I would definitely use this company again if I have future projects."

"One of our rentals had a broken kitchen granite countertop. I called Todd and he was very helpful and told me that they could possibly fix the crack (instead of replacing the entire countertop). Due to other circumstances (not caused by this company), we decided to replace the countertop. Todd worked with our budget and installed pre-fab granite countertops and did a great job! In addition to that, he was very informative and gave us tips/advice on caring for other stone countertops that we had in our personal residence."
