What began as a simple shower pan repair turned into a full master bath remodel and a new roof due to water damage. Having dealt with poor contractors for 45 years, we feared the worst, but Chase handled everything seamlessly. He assessed the damage, adjusted the plan, and had the skilled crew to execute both repairs and high-quality finishes. The team was punctual, professional, and kept our home clean. Chase’s tile specialists did exceptional work—no metal edges, just beautifully mitered finishes. "Since I now need to use a wheelchair, several doorways in my home needed to be widened. Two exterior doors had to be replaced, one of which also had to be changed to open out rather than opening in. I hired Johnson Custom Builders and was absolutely delighted with their work. They were always professional. They laid or hung plastic sheeting to contain the dust they created, then at the end of the day they ran the vacuum and even mopped the floor! They were respectful of me and my home. When mistakes were made, Justin GIbbons blamed the employee, attempted to fix the errors, but did not succeed in fixing the errors. Based on the work Justin Gibbons and his company Carpenters Unlimited LLC provided, we would not recommend Justin Gibbons and his company Carpenters Unlimited LLC to family or friends or anyone else. The work Justin Gibbons and his company Carpenters Unlimited LLC provided was subpar, completed late, required many follow ups from us to get fixed, and resulted in damages. We are pursing a Small Claims case against Justin Gibbons. See photos for evidence."

"Kevin worked with us on our home remodeling project in 2023/24. We had a dated 1979 property that needed totally redesigning to eliminate some pretty awful existing features. Kevin came up with a number of possible solutions for the design. We finally settled on a scheme that we were happy with. Kevin was very tolerant when we then changed our minds requiring him to redo some of the drawings. Kevin has also been available to offer help and advice during the construction process."
