He help me decided what was the best type of flooring for my house and provided me with all colors sample on the floor before I chosed. He is very knowledgeable when it comes to wood, vinyl, and laminate, His price are very reasonable actually the best in town. He makes sure you are happy when the job is complete. The owner also took the time to show us how to care for our hardwood floors. I cannot say enough about this company. They are 100% the best in everything. "Keenen is amazing! He replaced a variety of floor surfaces with vinyl plank throughout our newly purchased home and replaced the tile floor in the bathroom with Marmoleum. The results are stunning and transformed the house! He had to deal with layers of old vinyl, old carpet, and stairs with an uneven cement surface. He demonstrated his expertise with his solutions for each problematic area. The house was left clean and tidy at the end of each day. He fit the job in between other previously scheduled jobs so we wouldn’t have to wait long to move in, and completed the project in a timely manner. His initial estimate was close to the final cost and he explained in detail all extra costs. The final cost was very reasonable. In addition to his expertise, Keenen communicates clearly and consistently and is extremely personable. The overall experience was painless and we’re very pleased with the outcome!"

"Very pleased with the professional and friendly service received. Eric, the owner, was professional and easy to work with. I appreciated his help with narrowing the flooring choices to what product would be best for what I needed, ie, stand up to heavy traffic in the entryway as well as being waterproof for the baths and kitchen. He also promptly provided all the documentation required by my HOA for approval of what I wanted done. I kept changing my mind about which direction to lay the flooring, so when it was delivered, Eric helped lay out a box of the flooring so I could get a better idea of how it would look overall, very nice. Dan, the installer was also professional and did a great job. I particularly liked the job done cutting the bottom of the door frames to slip the flooring underneath. Looks like it was just meant to be that way. Since the name of his showroom is Floors and More, I asked if he did counter tops too. He worked with Andrew Shubin at Pro Granite to order the quartz for the kitchen and find remnants for the baths which helped keep the cost down. Very pleased all the way around. I plan to have him install carpet in the near future and possibly replace the tile around the fireplace."

"Empire floors did the best project out of several we hired th S summer. Good communication between salesman, office, installers, and customer. They did what they promised, on schedule, for a fair price. Quality of materials is very good. Workmanship varies. Wood floors by Manuel are very nice - all completed in one day, a very nice surprise. Molding should have been angled at joints, but otherwise good. Tile floor in bathroom was a bit sloppy (by a different installer)."

"Tobias and Don restretched my fairly new carpet. Three years previous install by Empire, carpet rolled in every room. It was a $10,000. Flooring job but Empire would not stand behind install. They said no install warranty after 1 yr. Tobias and Don came and gave me a bid the job. They stayed in communication with us. They were on time and friendly. Job looks good. I would hire them again."

"Maks will be the only person I will reach out to for any of my home improvement needs. I recruited Maks from Yelp when we saw the ceiling in our tri-level pop out. The bath room remodel we had done hardly couple of years ago was done poorly and was leaking. Maks accommodated our schedule and was transparent on assessing the amount of work based on what was known and the plan to address unknown work which will become evident after demolition. He worked closely when it came to plan and materials to ensure that everything was done per out satisfaction. We hit a snafu with our customer shower door but Maks was able to work closely with us and the door manufacturer to ensure that every came together in the right manner. Maks takes a LOT of pride in completing things the right manner that addresses what the customer needs balancing what is practically possible given the time, material and resource constraints.
