He also built a wonderful little gate for the corner of the property. However, the quote was initially very terse which led to a misunderstanding where he thought I would be painting the door myself. He did agree to include the door painting in the end. The project took longer than expected but he did get it done in a timely fashion overall and worked around my availability."
