"William Young (Bill) came to our home after several other estimates. He was very quick to look at the basement and didn't seem impressed. However, he spent more time in the attic. In retrospect, when you are a professional I guess you don't need a ton of time to assess the situation. When I received the quote it was amazing, and detailed a way that no other one's were; it did take a few days. Unfortunately our situation was complicated by also needing a basement drainage system installed at the same time, and we foolishly chose another company. My advice is to chose someone who is an expert in a chosen field; i.e. mold n more. Their estimate was $5,499; the quote by Mold Solutions and Inspections (MSI) was $15,000 for nearly identical work, and I believe the mold n more products (at least for cleaning) are superior. <br />"
