"Mark is our go-to guy for any computer problems. <br /> He responded by phone immediately trying to walk me through several attempts to recover.  When the attempts failed he came right over to our home to diagnose the problem. "Aa I recall, at first they were willing to come to my home. Not sure why, but the representative later told me they could not come to my home to repair my computer. Further, they wanted me to drop off my computer at a 3rd-party location, adding they would go by and get it within a couple of days and attempt to repair. I was not at all comfortable with that scenario. In not saying they are not good (or bad) at what they do. I am saying that set-up was not comforting and was the primary reason I chose not to use this company."

"My 7-year old HP laptop suddenly died on 9/6/2021 (Labor Day). Despite the holiday, I phoned AL at Cyber Team Solutions (he had originally setup the unit). During a phone consultation, he advised that repair was a waste. He then offered replacement characteristics so I would know what to buy. On 9/15, he arrived at my home where he transferred my files and reconfigured the new unit to behave just like the old one. Great customer care! (He was particularly kind to someone who often feels technically challenged.) I highly recommend Al and the wonderful service that he provides."

"Called to repair an old HP computer that had crashed. This was the 2nd major failure in a few years, but the first time I called someone for a repair. He was able to get the computer rebooted after replacing the hard drive. Could not recover the data which did not surprise me since this was crash number 2. (Had backed up important data on external drive) He was able to get the computer back working and repaired a lot of the drivers I had lost and been living without from the first crash. It was nice to have sound and the use of my disc drives again! He also installed antiviral and other monthly maintenance type programs that should keep me running clean from now on. There was one minor glitch when the USB chip for the wireless mouse went missing during the repair, but without hesitation he gave me a wired mouse to use temporarily and then a few days later came with another wireless mouse replacement free of charge. He showed up on time for appointments for pick up and then return of repaired computer. Would definitely use again for other computer issues. It was very convenient having someone come to the house, instead of having to haul the hard drive to a shop and then try to reconnect the computer to everything again myself. <br />"
