Get matched with top foundation drainage installers and replacers in Muncy, PA

"The employees that arrived to do the work were good workers. They were either unaware of the contracted work or mislead. They were not going to install the J Channel per the service agreement, and they had planned to backfill the ditch with the earth they had removed. The contract called for the ditch to be filled to surface with gravel. The installers called the office and explained that a J Channel was agreed on and someone from the office delivered it to satisfy my request. They were going to install the J Channel in segments vs one solid piece across the length of the ditch. I told them the segment seems would allow the water to get thru the J Channel and weep thru our foundation once more. They did the work as I requested but had I not been there or had I been a customer that did not know any better, this job would not have been done correctly or as agreed upon in the contract."

"Just had Bracken install interior French drain in my basement today. Crew showed up on time and kept me informed through the process. I will update post a few months from now once I know for sure the system works or not. Crew was out of Williamsport and worked non-stop and cleaned up well. Only bad thing is price is a little higher than others in area, but we came to an agreement that we both felt was fair. If interior drain works as half as well as the crew that installed it, I will be extremely happy."

"The price I paid was phenomenal when you weigh the peace of mind I got! Every time it rained all I could think about was whether or not my basement was flooding if I wasn’t home! Ever since Phil and the basement experts were there I have had no further issues! Highly recommend them!!!"

"Work scheduled within a reasonable amount of time. Workers showed up on time. All my questions were answered. Quality of work exceptional. Unlike another company I was considering, They performed drainage work outside my foundation as well as in my crawl space. I highly recommend this company for anyone having problems in their basement/crawl space."

"I was very impressed with Seth and his crew! We had a horrible water situation in our basement (bought an older home and the first heavy rain revealed serious water issues! ugh!) and knew it needed a serious solution if we wanted to be able to use our basement for storage. Seth provided a free quote and even suggested additional solutions with pricing options. He communicated with me quickly by text and took the time to explain every step of the process. At the end of each work day, he would walk me through all the work that had been done that day (again, answering any of my questions). The guys worked hard for four days, in some pretty hot and humid conditions! Seth also pointed out some other problem areas in my basement as they did their work and made recommendations on how to resolve those issues (there was some wood rot on the stairway area and a leaking water bib; he even gave me the name of a contractor for replacing my rain gutters outside when I was ready). Seth installed a basement dry system along all four walls of the basement, two sump pumps in opposite corners, and a lateral across the middle of the basement. I chose Better Basements & Beyond because it is a local company (not some big box company just out to make a buck) but also because Seth actually does the work himself (again, no fancy representative doing a sales pitch who doesn't get his hands dirty). He stands by his work and makes sure it it done to the highest standards. I would HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone who needs water mitigation services."

"They were very quick at getting me an estimate and scheduled me for the next week. My job was challenging but they never gave up and got the job done. I was very pleased with this business and would recommend them to everyone."

"On time, hard working, polite and willing to get the job done"

"They really know what they are doing. They are honest and if they say they will do something, they do it. If I need anything else done for the house, I will call them."

"Workmen worked very hard to get the job done in 3 days. They clearly knew what they were doing. Hauling dirt and bricks in buckets up stairs in 85 degree heat was amazing. I hope they got their fair share of the cost of installation."
