"Ed responded immediately to my call for help. Had water enter my finished basement and called Master Craft & Design, who was located in Fox Lake. When Ed arrived to give me a quote, he saw that my vinyl flooring could still be saved. He called a couple of his guys to come over and vacuumed the water and removed the flooring to dry. "We interviewed several prospective contractors before deciding to work with Tim, but it was the best decision we made. From start to finish, this was not the remodeling nightmare that everyone prepared us for. Tim took time to fully understand our project, help us design two brand-new bathrooms in our upstairs space, and do it within our budget and more reasonably than any other contractor we had interviewed. Tim is extremely communicative and detailed, so we always knew where in the process we were, what was going to happen from week to week, and what we needed to do to prepare for the next phase of construction. Any changes, adjustments, or overruns (of which there were few) were discussed and agreed upon well-in advance.
