Very difficult to get in touch with, project manager would often not respond to emails or phone calls. Would schedule work and sub contractors show up to our home with no advance notice. Deadlines were routinely missed with no explanation or reason why. As the customer, I was forced to drive the project and ensure it stayed on time. Had I not been aggressive in this area, I'm not sure when this project would have been completed. As it was, the project took 6+ months."
