"Chuck M. came to our home and sole use the windows. Everything happened as he told us it would. From the installers contacting us to coming out and doing the measurements for the windows. Even the Financing. ended up with a slightly higher interest rate but was warned it could happen. They worked with us on the down payment, and the installers from Alside went above and beyond for us. I am so glad DaBella is who we went with. Everyone in my house loves the new fog window in our bathroom."

"First install was very good and clean. There was a broken window on arrival, one had been incorrectly measured and the French door we ordered was the wrong hinge style. Once those three items came in the second install was fast but not as clean as the first. The windows still had their stickers or sticker residue on them and weren't cleaned like the first time. The French door was also installed in a way that required you to slam the door or pull on it very hard to get it to latch. I fixed that by moving the latch plate out a 1/4 inch. Just little things on the second install. Overall the windows were great and the door is fairly good quality."

Mr. Proctor washed the entire house, and it now almost sparkles. He cleaned the windows and doors, including screens, inside and out. "I purchased the 119 for carpet & outside windows and added on the stairs. In 2 of the rooms the carpets still have stains in them. Several windows had water spots and still look dirty. I'm not very impressed.
