"I had called a couple of days before and left a message regarding the work I wanted to have done.  Did not hear back so I called again and Chris happened to answer his phone.  After explaining that I understood that the job was small and if he was too busy to let me know.  Chris was at the house in about 20 minutes and installed the new fan with no problem.  Did find out that he has been having some sort of problem getting his messages so maybe that was the cause of the delay. <br /> While at the house spoke to him about some other work and he will be providing me with estimates. <br />"
