"Darryl does great work and is very reliable. We basically had to gut the kitchen and bathroom in a rental. He put down flooring, new cabinets, and had a good idea of using a tight space to add a broom closet. He installed a shower , new flooring and found the space to add a half bath downstairs. He is a nice person and takes pride in his work. We would definitely use him again."

And their regular team (for us it was JP and Courtney along w Jake and Ron) are Outstanding!! We had two bathrooms completely remodeled this Spring....and because of the unforeseen shut down, they did this without us being around as we d planned. They are so professional, courteous, knowledgeable and honest. Their workmanship is excellent! There were no surprises w the cost or the timing. They used FaceTime to call us and show us work in progress. And the end result on both bathrooms (plus painting of adjoining bedrooms) was superb! So much so that we immediately hired them back to do our master bath next month! (I ll try to attach photos)."

"We recently purchased a 1 BR ocean front investment property in Myrtle Beach. The place needed a complete overhaul. I was very nervous about finding the right contractor because I do not live in the area and we couldn't find a trusted contractor with my limited contacts. "We were in need of multiple projects for outside home repairs. We also wanted ONE contractor if possible to go through for all projects. PBR fit the bill and then some. From Soffit / Fascia repair / replacement, pressure washing - re-painting all work, to a seem-less gutter system install, it has been a great experience to have PBR on the job. From start to finish, we have been overwhelmed with their outstanding experience, knowledge of things that needed to be done, timely cost estimates and an immediate response to all projects and a "Top-Notch" job each and every time. We even ran into a repair that was needed on our roof which was not a problem for PBR. It was an additional cost which was to be expected. It was also more than reasonable. Their repair was exacting to code and saved us from a total roof job. The repair was exceptionally well done. The professionalism, attitude and "Can-Do" response was prompt and can not be over-stated! The ease of working with just ONE contractor for all things was also stress-free. We still have one remaining project on the outside of our home that we are currently awaiting an estimate for, from PBR. Our home was built in 1973 and after all these projects were completed, the house looks like new on the outside thanks to PBR and ALL their hired folks.
