As it was one of over 90 degree days, I offered them something cold to drink (ice tea). When I came back in the installers had put carboard down and placed the glasses so that they would not leak on the counter. After installation, everything was swept up and the counter was wiped down. We have had this company work on a generator install and propane line hook up for our stove some time back. The were as pleasant, courteous and showed concern that we were satisfied with every move. I would only want Josh and Nate for furture work!"

Exactly what you want when you're letting someone into your home. UPDATE: At 6pm i called because the AC was frozen (I thought.) EJ took the call, instead of the regular On Call Tech. He drove 40 minutes (I know this because the have a cool tracker) to come to my house. The AC was fine, again. I asked about a box on the side of the unit. Long story short, the previous homeowners had the power company put a Demand Restrictor on the unit which is limiting electricity to my AC and causing my sleepless nights. That'll be rectified ASAP, by the power company. "No Charge," said EJ."
