"We had our tankless water heater drained - annual maintenance. They show up when they say they will and do it right the first time. In the past we've had issues with AC's, plumbing and more. "Called them Tuesday afternoon when my tenant informed me their AC wasn't working and they had partly disassembled the unit trying to fix themselves. Even though Gary was already booked up for the week, he went by thursday evening, reassembled what had been removed by tenant, diagnosed what broke and returned with parts friday am. Tenant had AC back on by 9am friday. Good service, fair price and considerable patience shown to the tenant who was talking over his shoulder the whole time."
