"This spring, we were looking to teardown our current deck and construct a larger one. Mike was the first person to come and survey the job. We were incredibly impressed with his expertise and professionalism. While we entertained a few other deck contractors, Mike was the by far the best choice. After signing our contract with him, his work validated our decision. He created detailed blueprints (to scale!), adjusted his plans when our needs slightly changed and had a keen eye for the aesthetics of decking colors and how they would work with our home. Once the construction started, Mike set up a very reasonable payment schedule based on task completion and kept us updated daily on his next steps. After the deck was completed, we knew that it not only looked amazing but also well built. His crew was always courteous and professional. "Initially, I was pleased with the work done...the wait was minimal for them to put me on the schedule. The porch was power washed, repaired, resurfaced and sealed exactly as quoted. They cleaned up nicely too. And the results were like a brand new front step without any evidence that repairs were done. I've had a couple of issues since the work has been done...but the company has been very responsive to my issues. This last time the supervisor personally came and fixed the issues himself.
