Rick, the Project Manager, and Todd, Chuck, Shawn and Jack, the service techs who worked on the deck, were excellent, very professional and neat, cleaning up every day. When I started talking with Rick about this project, I thought it wasn't going to possible for me to have everything taken care of in one undertaking. I must admit that cost was the major stumbling block. The deck is large and lumber/material costs took my breath away. "When I first met Nichole, she seemed knowledgeable and helpful. after I told her they had the job, I never heard from her again, even though I texted her and asked her to call me which she never did. she never once visited the job site or followed through with any updates or even if I was satisfied with how things were going or if I was happy with the work when the job was complete. The painters, Nico and his crew were wonderful. they did an excellent job and went above and beyond. The work side of the project was great, but the sales side was not impressive to say the least."

"Great! The crew arrived on time both days, completed the work with a high degree of quality, attention to detail, AND completed on-schedule! It was a big, messy job to grind off 10+ layers of old, peeling paint from concrete flooring/steps and sandstone "caps" on the brick "pony" walls that surround the porch. They were careful of brickwork, landscaping and cleaned up after themselves, Overall, they did a fantastic job. Looking forward to many nice days on the porch this summer."
