Rick, the Project Manager, and Todd, Chuck, Shawn and Jack, the service techs who worked on the deck, were excellent, very professional and neat, cleaning up every day. When I started talking with Rick about this project, I thought it wasn't going to possible for me to have everything taken care of in one undertaking. I must admit that cost was the major stumbling block. The deck is large and lumber/material costs took my breath away. But Rick worked with me, adjusting the materials and the design and making suggestions to help me make it happen! The deck was completed yesterday and I couldn't be happier. "We recently bought a new house, and needed a few smaller repairs done, along with a huge privacy fence installed for our dogs. Aaronson Repairs was very prompt with their response to our inquiry. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and communicated well so I always knew what to expect. The small repairs were completed almost immediately, and the fence was completed as soon as the material came in. The guys who came worked really hard, and the fence was complete ahead of schedule. Pricing was very reasonable for the amount of work. We got wood fencing along the sides of our yard, and aluminum fencing along the back. It looks better than I could have imagined. They were even thoughtful enough to ask whether our dogs were diggers, and helped to reinforce the bottoms of the fence. He was professional, reliable, courteous, got the jobs done. He even went above and beyond when we had issues with a fridge install (different company): he came back free of charge to help us move our heavy kitchen island to make space for moving the fridge. We offered a tip, but he declined that, too. To top it off, he told us to call him when it's time to move the island back. I highly recommend him."
